SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 42(FIN) was read

Senator Miller called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                           
BILL NO. 42(FIN) An Act relating to absentee voting, to electronic             
transmission of absentee ballot applications, and to delivery of ballots       
to absentee ballot applicants by electronic transmission, and enacting         
a definition of the term `state election' for purposes of absentee             
voting; and providing for an effective date pass the Senate?  The
